ASI primarily operates as a general contractor providing residential and light commercial remodeling. Projects we undertake range from fitting out an office to remodeling a residential bathroom or basement. Larger projects we would offer a proposal with a fixed price. Smaller projects might be simple repairs which we would do as a service call; show up do the work and email you a bill for hourly services. This shall give you a quick idea of our range of services. We contracted ASI to evaluate and remediate a leak. Our house was built in 1830 and has many challenging angles and slopes. Over time the structure had been added to and the roof was not well configured to remove standing water. ASI assessed the issue and came up with a plan to address it. Their communication was excellent and they were clear about what steps would be taken and their cost. The project was completed in a timely manner and they took the time to match the work that they did with the existing structure. When I look at it I cannot tell what was reconfigured. Their estimate was accurate and actually came in a little under budget. They are honesty, trustworthy, and fairly priced. Highly recommend.
